The holiday change over is the most important clean, as this is what welcomes your new arriving guests, that you want to return again and again. therefore it is very important that the first thing they see is how sparkling clean "the windows" and the "garden area" are.

Our full change over includes the following

Pool, Garden furniture and garden area hosed down - All linen and towels changed and washed - A full intensive clean throughout.

Estimated price guide:

2 bed property - 45 euros / 3 bed property - 60 euros / 4 bed property - 70 euros

 Mid Holiday cleans (usually for two week holidays)

 Includes:  sheet changes, Towels changed, sweep and mop allround and a check that your property is being looked after.

2 bed property - 25 euros / 3 bed property - 35 euros / 4 bed property - 40 euros
