Security Visits

Whilst you are in England your property needs looking after. We provide an extensive package to suit all needs.

Your property will receive

2 visits per week: Toilets / sinks flushed through to prevent drains drying out. Check for leaks.

Check for infestations: prevention of cockroaches / Ants etc

Check doors and windows are secure, check for damage around windows and doors for break in attemps.

Any deliveries you are having will be met and taken in.

Any work you are having, the builders will be let in, we do not hand your key over we will go back when the builder calls and lock up.

A weekly email report back to the owner.

Cost: 25 euros per month
